We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

3-Day Return Policy

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original luxury packaging.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bag for a different color or style, please contact us within the 3-day window. We will arrange for the collection of the original item and the delivery of your new selection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via M-PESA or Bank Transfer within 2-3 business days.
